These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Goalytics Android app. By downloading, installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Goalytics is provided by Ilgar Mammadov, an individual developer based in the Republic of Azerbaijan. References to “I”, “me” and “my” in these terms mean that person.
Goalytics looks through a database of historical football matches, finds those whose bookmaker closing odds were numerically similar to an upcoming match, and reports how those historical matches actually ended.
That is a description of the past. It is statistical information and nothing more. It is not betting advice, financial advice, a tip, a forecast, or a prediction of what will happen. No outcome is guaranteed, no accuracy is promised, and past frequencies do not determine future results.
The app does not accept bets, does not process gambling transactions, and is not connected to any bookmaker or gambling operator. Any decision you take after reading anything in this app is entirely your own, and you are solely responsible for its consequences, including any financial loss. If you choose to gamble, do so within your means and within the law where you live.
The app is intended for adults aged eighteen and over. By using it you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.
You may not copy, modify or create derivative versions of the app or any part of it; attempt to extract, decompile or reverse engineer its source code; remove or obscure any notice of ownership; resell, sublicense or redistribute it; or attempt to circumvent the subscription check or otherwise access paid features without paying for them.
The app itself, its name, its design, its database of historical matches, and all related trademarks, copyright and database rights remain mine.
A part of the app is free to use and needs no payment or account.
Certain features are available only to subscribers. Which features these are may change over time as the app develops. I may add, change or withdraw features on either side of that line, though I will not remove the core free functionality without good reason.
The subscription is sold and billed through Google Play. I do not process payments myself and never receive your payment details.
The subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel it. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and again at each renewal.
You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store app, under Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until that period ends.
Refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policies, not by me. You may also contact me and I will help where I reasonably can.
If the price changes, Google will notify you in advance and the change will only take effect after you have had the opportunity to cancel.
Access to paid features depends on Google Play reporting an active subscription. If Google Play is unavailable on your device, or your purchase cannot be verified, paid features may not unlock.
The fixture, result and league information in the app comes from third-party data providers. I do not control those providers.
I do not promise that the app will be available without interruption, that new data will arrive on any particular schedule, or that the information shown will always be complete, current or free of error. Data may be delayed, missing or wrong because of problems at a provider, and matches may be rescheduled, abandoned or corrected after the fact.
Where new data cannot be fetched, the app continues to work with whatever it last downloaded, and the historical analysis continues to function because it runs entirely on your device.
Nothing in this section reduces any right you have under the consumer law of your own country.
Some functions require an active internet connection. If you use the app over a mobile network, your operator's charges apply, including data roaming charges outside your home territory. You accept responsibility for those charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm that you have the bill payer's permission.
Keeping your device secure, charged and up to date is your responsibility. Rooting or otherwise modifying your device may stop the app working properly or at all.
I may update the app, and the system requirements may change with it. I do not promise to keep supporting every Android version indefinitely.
I may also stop providing the app. If I withdraw it, I will not knowingly leave an active subscription unaccounted for: I will stop new subscription sales and let existing periods run out or arrange refunds through Google Play.
On termination, the licence in section 4 ends and you must stop using the app.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss of money, profit, data or opportunity, nor for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the app, from any decision made on the basis of anything it shows, from any inaccuracy or unavailability of the data, or from any gambling activity of any kind.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid me through the app in the twelve months before the claim.

The Privacy Policy explains what the app stores and what it sends, and forms part of your agreement with me. It is available in the app under Settings → Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
I may update these terms as the app changes. The revised version will appear here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means that you accept the updated terms.
